Yoga gives each, which each needs. Tai ChiThe Thai Chi Chuan is an old Chinese martial art beneficial for your health. This practice fortifies bones, relaxes muscles, regulates breathing, and amends the circulatory and nervous system. Our classes include breathing rotations, stretching, postural alignment, tui–shou (pushing hands) and auto massage. These smooth and harmonious movements develop the body in a non-aggressive way; rejuvenating and revitalizing it.
